What we do
Gotgrade helps students get unstuck. You post a question, set your budget and deadline, and verified tutors send you offers. You choose the tutor you want, work together in a private Study Room, and pay only when you are happy with the help you received.
How we keep it fair
- Verified tutors. Every tutor application is reviewed by our team before the tutor can send offers.
- Escrow payments. When you accept an offer, the money is held by Gotgrade. The tutor is paid only after you release it, or after an admin resolves a dispute.
- Honest reviews. Only students who completed an order can review that tutor.
- Mediation. If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute and an admin reviews the chat, files and requirements.
