Before you release payment
When you accept an offer, the price is held in escrow. As long as you have not released the payment, you are protected:
- Revisions: if the delivered work needs changes, use "Request revision" in the Study Room.
- Disputes: if the work is not delivered, is late, incomplete, not as described, or breaks our Academic Integrity Policy, open a dispute from the Study Room.
How disputes are resolved
An admin reviews the question requirements, the chat history and the delivered files, and then either:
- Refunds the student — the full order amount goes back to the student's wallet, or
- Releases payment to the tutor — if the work met the agreed requirements, or
- Dismisses the dispute — the order continues so both sides can finish it.
Both parties are notified of the decision.
After you release payment
Releasing payment confirms you accept the work, and it cannot be undone. Contact support if you believe there was fraud.
Wallet balance
Refunds are credited to your Gotgrade wallet and can be used for future orders. To withdraw unused deposited funds back to your card, contact support.
